"I can assure you, Mr. Stark, that I have no allegiance to the government. What I do is under the government radar and we're not exactly on speaking terms. Even if they were to approach me, I wouldn't say anything," Arthur said, firmly. He made a note that Pepper could be trusted with this but others to be wary of. By nature, Arthur wasn't a trusting man - it took a lot for him to trust a person so his lips would have been sealed either way. Still, it was good to know those Tony trusted.

Tony's threat wasn't exactly knew to him. In his line of work, it was fairly common place with those that felt they were big time thugs. In this case, it was his protectiveness concerning the suit and from what he read and knew about it, Arthur could see why he would want to militarize his brain. "And, for good reason too," he said. "Militarization will make it extremely difficult for anyone to access and steal secrets from your mind. It's an exceptionally smart choice for a man at your standing. Not only from the government but other criminal organizations who might want access to your secrets."
